Refund policy
Most cabinetry and appliances may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as
all the following conditions are met:
- Item is in resalable condition: no scratches, dents, or signs of use.
- Item has not been installed or attempted to be installed.
- Item is in the original manufacturer box: the box must be unopened, in original packaging, and free of any writing, labels, or damage.
- All pieces, parts, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Item is not a clearance, liquidation, or closeout product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items, custom cabinetry, and special-order appliances.
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified.
- Items with damaged or missing packaging.
- Returns requested after 30 days from delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Email kenth@jaecompany.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item and packaging.
- Once approved, we'll send return instructions and a prepaid label (if eligible).
- Return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect,
contact us within 48 hours. Please include photos so we can quickly process a
replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5-7
business days to your JAE Express Return Policy original payment method. Original
shipping charges are non-refundable.
